This summer, Aradia heads back to the studio to record two more projects, Volume 2 of Purcell Theatre Music and Volume 4 of Vivaldi Sacred Music.
Unlike many professional orchestras who do not have recording agreements, we continue to receive additional contracts to produce new recordings with Naxos Records. The release of these is under the direction of Naxos, but is usually within a year of recording.
Conductor, Kevin Mallon, grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland. A scholarship took him to Man-chester’s specialist music school, Chetham’s School of Music, where he was greatly influenced by the conductor and early music specialist John Eliot Gardiner.
